I recently had the unfortunate incident of a water leak in the wall of my house. A friend was in the guest bedroom and told me that the rug was wet. I checked and actually it was soaked. I’m glad it was noticed as I otherwise never go in there except when I do the laundry. I called a plumber and he told me that the leak was in the wall. I then called a leak detection company and they found and repaired the leak but the bedroom was a soaked mess. I then called Wet Out Restoration to dry out the place. They were at the house within an hour or so and started to work on the cleanup and drying put. They cleared out the room took out the old carpet moved the furniture out of the room and started the drying out process. They checked other areas in the house to see if the water had seeped to other rooms. They had the fans set up to start the drying out process within two to three hours of my having called them. A representative of the company came every day to check until they were sure it was completely dry. I never thought about mold but they did. With my permission, they sent a representative to check the rooms out, and sure enough, he found some. Once again Wet Out Restoration installed the equipment necessary to kill the mold. They sealed off the room and let the machines run until the mold was gone. The folks that came to the house were always very professional, friendly, and most of all helpful as to what I needed to do. I highly recommend that them to anyone that needs this type of service.

Wow this company is amazing. Punctual, helpful, full of information, very detail oriented, and genuinely nice. A lot of companies in this industry forget the importance of training/coaching their employees beyond how to do the tasks but how to treat the clients it’s sad but customer service is rare these days. Not with Wet Out though great experience, we won’t use anyone else.
